THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR US TO CELEBRATE THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF DEAF PEOPLE WORKING IN THE AREAS OF FILM AND MEDIA, BOTH NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY.
